Description: The Bambu Bar & Asian Bistro is a hip bar and bistro serving Pan Asian cuisine with a twist. At the Bambu we have a passion for food and fun. Ski right to the door and enjoy a quick and healthy lunch (11:30am) and then relive your days adventures over a cocktail and live music during happy hour. Dinner service begins at 6:00pm with a diverse selection of Thai, Chinese and Japanese dishes and Big Sky's only sushi bar (non-smoking during dinner hours). Directions: Bambu Bar & Asian Bistro is located in the Big Sky Mountain Village, on the 3rd floor of the Arrowhead Mall (next to the Summit Hotel). Incredible views of the Spanish Peaks and Lone Mountain. We are also ski in and ski out.
